आरबीआई के जारी निर्देशों के तहत अब 200, 5000 और 2000 के खराब नोटों की वापसी बैंकों में हो सकेगी। नए खराब हुए, कटे-फटे नोटों को RBI के सेक्शन 28 के तहत बदला जा सकता है। लेकिन इसके लिए कुछ कटौती भी होगी।
यदि आप 200 रुपये का नया नोट बदल रहे हैं जिसका 88 फीसदी यानि 78 स्क्वॉयर सेंटीमीटर वापस कर रहे हैं तो आपको रिफंड के रूप में पूरे 200 रुपये मिलेंगे। वहीं यदि आप 39 स्क्वॉयर सेंटीमीटर का हिस्सा देते हैं आपको आधा यानि 100 रुपये मिलेंगे।
अब 500 के नए नोट की बात करें तो यदि आपका नोट फट गया है और उसका 80 स्क्वॉयर सेंटीमीटर हिस्सा बचा है तो आपको पूरा पैसा वापस मिलेगा, वहीं अधिक खराब होने पर 50 फीसदी वापसी मिलेगी।
2000 के नए नोट का पूरा हिस्सा 109 स्क्वॉयर सेंटीमीटर होता है, इसमें 88 स्क्वॉयर सेंटीमीटर के साथ नोट को बैंक में देने पर पूरा पैसा मिलेगा, वहीं 44 स्क्वॉयर सेंटीमीटर देने पर आधा रिफंड मिलेगा। अब 100 रुपये के नए नोट की बात करें तो यदि आप 92 स्क्वॉयर सेंटीमीटर तक नोट वापस करते हैं तो आपको पूरा पैसा रिफंड मिलेगा, लेकिन आधे को वापस करने पर आधा पैसा ही मिलेगा। 50 रुपये के नए नोट पर पूरा रिफंड लेने के लिए आपको नोट का 72 स्क्वॉयर सेंटीमीटर का हिस्सा देना होगा। वहीं 36 स्क्वॉयर सेंटीमीटर वापस करने पर आपको आधा पैसा मिलेगा।
